• Many items are handmade or made-to-order. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions, or inventory limitations. If an order is canceled after payment is received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

• Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders ship within 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated.

• All shipments are sent via ground shipping.

• Shipping costs are displayed prior to checkout.

• International shipping times vary and may be subject to customs delays, duties, or fees.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Tucker's Tail LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Tightened Policy)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

• Refunds will only be considered if an item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for review:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.

• Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible.

Any resolution (replacement or refund) is determined solely at the discretion of Tucker's Tail LLC.
