Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days from the date the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped via ground shipping only.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order details and delivery location and are clearly displayed at checkout prior to order submission. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept all shipping charges presented at checkout.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price. Tucker’s Tail has no control over customs processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Tucker’s Tail is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Delivery confirmations provided by the carrier serve as proof of shipment. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported within two (2) business days of delivery. Customers may be required to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to support the claim. Failure to report damage within this timeframe will result in denial of the claim.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tucker’s Tail is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
