Return Policy
No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All approved returns must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of return approval. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original, unopened packaging, in resalable condition. Returns of obsolete, discontinued, special-order, or clearance items are strictly prohibited.

The customer is solely responsible for all return-related costs, including but not limited to shipping, handling, taxes, duties, and customs fees. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. Approved returns will be subject to a mandatory ten percent (10%) restocking and processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued only for the purchase price of the returned merchandise, less applicable fees. No refunds will be issued for damaged, used, or improperly packaged items.

All claims for defective merchandise, shortages, or shipping discrepancies must be submitted in writing within two (2) business days of receipt. Failure to report such issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the merchandise as delivered.
